Russian Off-Echange Net ("RVS") has been operating for over four years. It is a global cutting-edge Internet based technology targeted to promote information and e-trading systems that opens exclusive opportunities to establish appropriate business relations and make all the necessary contract preparations, timely and cost-effectively. At present RVS combines three special B2B trading platforms: "RVS-Bills", "Metal.Com.Ru" and "Zerno-on-line".
