RVS-Bills System was launched in 1998 and about 6 months later became a leader among e-tools to operate on the markets of bills, debts, tariffs and sets-off. Over a thousand of traders from all over the country are permanent users of "RVS-Bills" that is as information and dealing one due to an off-exchange character of the bill market.
